Your device may need some gentle cleaning from time to time. Here are the instructions for the Sub Ohm and E-Cigarette. The Pods are replaceable and cannot be cleaned.

SUB OHM DEVICES

Detach the atomizer from the battery.
Open the atomizer by rotating the airflow controller unit anti-clockwise.
Carefully dispose of any remaining E-Liquid in the atomizer.
Remove the atomizer coil by rotating it anti-clockwise inside the glass chamber.
Do not wash the coil. Wipe clean with a dry tissue.
Carefully wash the remaining atomizer components with warm water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Do not transfer the glass chamber from hot to cold water as it may crack.
Replace the atomizer coil and secure in place by rotating clockwise.
Reattach the airflow controller and rotate clockwise.

E-CIGARETTE DEVICES

Turn the device upside down, this will stop any remaining E-Liquid spilling out of the chamber once opened.
Open the clearomizer by rotating the mouth piece section below the metal ring clockwise.
Carefully dispose of any remaining E-Liquid in the clearomizer chamber.
Remove the coil by rotating it anti-clockwise.
Do not wash the coil. Wipe clean with dry tissue.
Do not remove the wick from the coil.
Carefully wash the remaining clearomizer components with warm water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Replace the coil and secure in place by rotating clockwise.
Turn the device upside down.
Replace the clearomizer by rotating anti-clockwise.
Turn the Ibiza Club® device upside down.

This will depend upon the rate of use and personal preference. Some users may want to change their coil or pod once per week.

If you are using a Sub Ohm device try turning the wattage up and opening up the airflow. We recommend slowly increasing the wattage until you reach your desired vapour output (open the airflow as you increase the wattage).

If you are using an E-Cigarette or Pod type device, we suggest trying the Ibiza Club Sub Ohm device for increased vapour output.

Ibiza Club E-Liquids have an extended shelf life. However, they are best used soon after purchase.

It’s best to store E-Liquids in their packaging, at room temperature and in a dry environment until use. Do not store in direct sunlight as prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can affect the taste and quality of the liquid. Always keep out of reach of children.

Whilst it is possible to dispose of a vape kit responsibly at your local council waste recycling centre, you can also return any Ibiza Club device or charger to us and we will arrange safe disposal on your behalf*.

Our environment is hugely important and it is everyone’s responsibility to maintain it. With this in mind, we at Ibiza Club are members of a number of different compliance schemes that ensure we contribute to the responsible disposal and recycling of the products we sell.

The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the vape kit packaging and instructions manual indicates that the device is covered by the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulation and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste. The aim of this regulation is to reduce the amount of electronic devices that are sent to landfill so that they can be broken down and recycled. As a responsible supplier we are part of a WEEE and waste batteries scheme that requires us to contribute towards this recycling process.

Our devices are safe for travel, but most airlines restrict the use of vape devices and have separate restrictions for lithium batteries. Double-check the list of prohibited items by the airline company.

Exposure to extreme altitude changes can cause leakage in a Pod, or atomiser, especially if it is partially used. You should dispose of partially used Pods and empty the chamber on Sub Ohm and E-Cigarette devices before getting onto a plane.

This will depend on two factors; what the airline allows and the laws of the destination country. Check with your airline before travelling.
